About Nicola
I’m Nicola, I’m 47. I’m a mum to my 12-year-old son, and a wife to my husband.I work as psychological therapist specialising in trauma and complex trauma.In my spare time (not that I have much of that) I love to spend time with my family, walk our dogs, and go dancing. I also love to read (and now write) books.A few years ago, I found Shamanism and I decided to train to become a qualified Shamanic practitioner and energy worker. Studying and learning all things shamanic was a very transformative, enlightening, and deeply healing process. Through shamanism, I rediscovered my spiritual and creative side and my long-forgotten dream of writing a book was reignited. I never intended to write a children’s adventure story, but a series of strange events led me down a completely different path to what I originally had planned. As a result Sonny and the Shaman was created.I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
